I cannot think of any other subject in recent American history that has been so mired in controversy, so factually misrepresented, mischaracterized and so misunderstood than the matter of the eligibility of Barack Hussein OBAMA II to hold the office of President of the United States. Despite its importance, the topic has been summarily dismissed as fodder for conspiracy theorists by many, while others insist that the question of OBAMA’s citizenship has been “asked and answered.” But has it really been answered, and if not, why not?
In consideration of the controversy that continues to plague Barack Hussein OBAMA over his citizenship status and his well documented sustained pattern of refusal to provide authenticated documentation of his birth records and numerous other pertinent records, I’ve conducted an in-depth investigation into the matter in an effort to separate fact from fiction, myth from reality. My approach was the same I’ve used as an investigator over the last 25 years on behalf of Fortune 100 companies in their selection of corporate executives, conducting due diligence background investigations. In this case, however, I was not afforded direct and unfettered access to the “applicant’s”, or in this case, OBAMA’s original records. Nonetheless, I conducted inquiries and a lengthy investigation researching the information directly or indirectly disclosed by OBAMA, as well as collections of documents, court records, official federal and state documents, verbal statements, utterances and other documents determined to be of authentic provenance.

Let's think about this for a moment. If you were on the Obama team and knew full well he was a fake, how would you handle it? What better way than to pass it off as conspiracy and accuse those who bring it up as being flakes? And of course at the same time you would try to pass of a look-alike birth certificate and depend on your good buddies at in the press to give Obama a free ride.
So far I've seen nothing that I wouldn't expect from them. I am pretty sure that one day it will all come out and when it does we are going to know just how right we were all this time.

Isn’t is strange that what was discussed and actually agreed upon, and on Leahy’s site for two years (specifically NBC means TWO US CITIZENS) by the SR 511 committee was not what was presented to the Senate.

IF the BC is legit, then all he has to do is post it prominently for all to see 24/ from now until he leaves office. But saying that he has done this, or dancing around the issue, or spending millions to fight it, seems very, very suspicious.
Next thing you know, they’ll accuse the Tea Partiers of being dangerous . . .
Hagman’s report is a piece of crap. He couldn’t even get the determinations of the SCOTUS cases correct.
The 14th Amendment had NOTHING to do with ‘natural born citizen”.

He's citing the 14th amendment as an example of the different ways people were trying to obfuscate the real issues, by explaining all the sources people were relying on to define NBC.
Remember, this is positioned as an investigative report. We need to let him present what he investigated, what he found, and what conclusions he drew from that, regardles of whether in the end it was relevant or not.

When a requirement for office has been set forth in the Constitution, it is incumbant on all elected or nominated officials of the federal government to ensure the enforcement of that requirement. In the case of the requirement of the President being a natural born citizen, the Senate, the House, and the entire judiciary is derelict in their duty to enforce the Constitution if they don’t insist he produce evidence. The idea that a citizen has no standing in questioning them in this is rediculous. One man, Judge R. Barclay Surrick could have resolved this issue, and he didn’t. Instead, he said a citizen asking that Obama conform to the Constitution had no standing to question him. From what I had read, he had dictated that Obama had thirty days to produce the documentation, and that the thirty days had expired with no response from the defense, and no action from the bench. How’s this happen with nobody saying hey, wait a minute? If the man had no impediment to being President, he would have proved it by now, if for no other reason than to embarrass the Republicans. I think the time to look hard at what is going on is important. When nobody in the elected or nominated government is willing to stand up for and adhere to the Constitution, WE ARE IN TROUBLE ALREADY!
