This is the scariest aspect of this law. It targets what they think are illegals today (some of whom will be legitimate US citizens—our countrymen), but who tomorrow? How can anybody be comfortable with this?

Oh please, what a drama queen. What happens now if you are pulled over for speeding or something and don't have a VALID drivers license? How about if you cause a wreck and can't produce your insurance card? Before this law, even if the police KNEW the guy was illegal, he didn't speak english, didn't have insurnace and didn't "have his license with him" all they could do is ticket him and let him go. I know, I was hit twice by illegals who didn't have these things and got stuck with the $2,000 deductable because I obeyed the law and had insurance, and the guy who hit me skidded out of town with no way to find him.

I am sick of people talking about this law as if it's something out of the ordinary.

BTW, I also apporove of requiring ID for voting too.

Insurance covers cars, not people.

My daughter was rear-ended by a hit and run driver and it totaled her car. The police officer at the scene said it was likely an illegal- and it was just “part of their culture” as if we should be understanding. Say What? It is part of their culture to hit and run? The officer said it as if it was ok for them to do such things.
