The HDOH has already confirmed that Obama’s public statements - including the image that he posted online - contradict his official documents. The White House stationery letter he signed and put a raised seal on claimed something we know from the documents is absolutely false.
If it isn’t a crime when the HDOH confirms it, then why would it be a crime if Blago alleges it?
If the one should be investigated by the FBI and/or other law enforcement then so should the other.
Any alleged crimes that Obama may have committed with respect to his "birth records" have nothing to do with Blago. But, anything Obama said to investigators relative to Blago's case, especially if he's made contradictory, can be explored by Obama - either to impeach Obama if he's made incriminating statements, or to provide Blago defense with exculpatory information. This is why he's relevant to Blago, and why discovery in the form of a subpoena may be upheld for Obama.
Just like Lakin, Blago's not getting his hands on Obama birth records.
