He might be “loony” but he served our country and therefore earned the right to protest, whether or not we agree with his view.
That's also why I have to seriously question the sanity of anyone who would run around on these threads "warning" us all about some nefarious Kokesh-Paul alliance as if the impending election of either was going to single-handedly bring the next 9/11 to our doorstep, even as they turn a blind eye to far graver and more realistic threats to this country from the RINO wing of the Republican Party.
Giving aid and comfort the the enemy in a time of war is NOT free speech....it’s treason.
