I’m just speculating. From what is known about Levin’s background—”technology educator”—I’d guess he teaches computers. He’d monitor different computer blogs where money generating ideas are discussed. We’re back into our mid-term political season when billions in contributions are flowing via the web. It’s scam season. If this is what he’s doing it may be legal if he’s crossed his i’s and dotted his t’s.
