http://chicago.blockshopper.com/property/19251140440000/7248_s_mozart_street/#photos You are correct..since May 3, 2007 when Judicial Sales occurred...I am a Broker here...doesn’t anyone wonder how they can keep living in these houses without paying anything...but I guess they don’t need to to worry, taxpayers will take care of it!!!
