If a horse is sworn in as senator does that make it a senator? No. Why? Because it is ineligible to be sworn in (serve in that office).
The oath is void unless the person taking it is LEGALLY entitled to serve in that office.
No matter how many oaths obama may have taken, if he is not a natural born citizen (and he is not) then the oath is invalid.
But, some competent authority would have to declare it to be a horse, your opinion would not count. Only the Courts can now declare Obama to be ineligible. Since he was sworn in by the Chief Justice of the United States, the Courts must hold that he is elibible until someone can bring a case and present evidence that he is not. Every attempt thus far has failed because these bozo lawyers just want to stand in front of the courthouse with their trick pony.
