States must certify him for the ballot in 2012. They can refuse to do so until he produces the proper documents. He will sue them and the courts will rule. That’s the way to go with this.

It is not the way people want to go with this, but as time erodes, it looks like what will happen. Team Obama has successfully engineered a temporarily successful, anti-constitutional coup. Fortunately for them, so far the opposing legal teams have been distinctly bush league and easily outmaneuvered.(e.g., wasting two years in the wrong courts with the wrong plaintiffs., etc.)

Obama is spending the big bucks, so he has the high speed lawyers. The bozos on the other side could get a traffic ticket fixed. Sad to say, but that’s what I’ve seen going on.
