WASHINGTON (AP) - In full accord on a global threat, world leaders endorsed President Barack Obama's call for securing all nuclear materials from terrorists within four years at a 47-nation summit on Tuesday. They offered few specifics for achieving that goal, but Obama declared "the American people will be safer and the world will be more secure" as a result.
Obama had called the summit to focus world attention on keeping dangerous materials out of terrorist hands, a peril he termed the greatest threat facing all nations and a "cruel irony of history" after mankind had survived the Cold War and decades of fear stoked by a U.S.-Soviet arms race.

What ILLEGAL addicting drug is he on?
Duck...and cover!
More secure for Islam and Marxism.
He’s full of you know what.
The finger sandwiches must've been exceptional...
Health care summit. Jobs summit. Small business summit. And now the nuclear summit.
I feel more taken care of already.
“Trust me. I know what I’m doing...I’ve been a community organizer, fer Chrissake!”
I'd like the faux journalist who wrote this piece of syrupy, Pravda-esque puffery to explain to me how there can be "full accord" when the article itself references the unresolved issue of, um, Iran.
Two equally foolish leftist optimists.
Don’t forget the beer summit.
Yeah, it made the world safer, by weakening our country.
So, more secure
For who, this POS obviously is not interested in America or for freedom around the world. Think about this, the Chinese can throw 100M extra men in to a major war without worrying about demographics; thats the whole male population of America. Yet the agreement bound the US only and was with Russia, no one else. So, whose side is this guy really on; figure it out.
This is a community organizer to-the-core M.O.
He knows no other method.
Get the folks to gather, sit around and jack their jaws for a while, declare success, and plan for a future circle jerk.
Socialist scum.
