I could see him bowing once as a mistake, although I would find it very hard to think he wasn’t briefed on proper protocol before hand. Now he’s done it at least three times.

This is some strange carryings on.
And this doesn’t even address all of his other misguided actions.
We could have taken a nine year old off the streets, and he would have known as much as Obama does about world affairs and proper protocol. At least the kid would listen to the adults in the room.
