CNN International was just showing live coverage of Russia Today TV and they were showing video of the wreckage. There’s not much there but one of the large engines. Awful.

This puts me into a more conspiratorial mindset. "Not working?"

Cell phones can be made to "not work" remotely. It's been a facet of our domestic counterterrorist efforts for several years.
