Good Golly! It’s not that hard! I do it every day. Plan the work, then work the plan. Granted, it’s just a little shop in a little town, but when I leave a ‘To-Do’ list for my employees on the few days I’m not there, they crawl over one another to be the first to DO SOMETHING and to cross it off the list!
