“Duncan Hunter is the best chance weve got.”
You left off the sarcasm tag. 2008 proved how little appeal Hunter has. He never received more than 2% of the primary vote in any state and actually ran behind “uncommitted” in Michigan.
When more people will go out on a cold December day in Michigan to vote for “uncommitted” than a real live candidate, it speaks volumes.
Don't get me wrong. I like and respect Hunter, but he has no charisma.

I agree but most independents and quite a few republicans don’t even know who he is. He’s got to get moving if he is going to run.

Duncan Hunter is more than “the best chance” ... he would be an amazingly successful candidate, and I’m convinced the best president since Reagan.

Duncan Hunter was my choice last election, but I have to face the facts: no matter how solid he is, he was unable to move people.
Sadly.
Then, I decided to go with Thompson, and I saw him being interviewed in New Hampshire, and...he looked completely like a lost, old man.
Sadly.

Duncan Hunter? What executive experience does he have?
As for me, no more legislators for President. 0bama was enough. Must have private sector executive experience. Even Romney has that.
