Just buy canned goods at the grocery store.
Back in the day a friend and I canned everything, I had hundreds of home canned veggies but I didn’t like them, I must like that processed flavor, I stuck them in a storeroom with no climate control so it was hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
About 15 years later I was finally cleaning out the poor shed and my MIL came over with her sister. They wanted it all! I told them how old it was but they still took it and over a few years ate it all and no harm ever came to them.
There never used to be expiration dates on cans, if they are canned correctly you can eat them for many, many years. In WWII in the Pacific our troops ate WWI K rations. Anasazi beans were originally grown from prehistoric beans found in cliff dwellings.
If you are serious about it find a Mormon cannery and put your pasta in cans with oxygen absorbers, I’ve only been charged the price of the materials in the past.
here ya...a nice Mormon lady got me a bunch of those oxygen absorbers plus a sheet about canning and said that I could come out and do it, that they would not turn anyone away...
