Obama's gov't is also mandating higher fuel economy numbers for all cars sold in the USA. MPG numbers are posted on the gov't web site fueleconomy.gov.
Automotive pollution testing is under the control of the EPA, another gov't organization.
By the way, that's the same gov't that bought two car companies. Anyone see an opportunity for fraud here? No conflict of interest at all...
