6.9 Earthquake in Baja . . . felt in S. California (Updated to 7.2)

Wow...that was a good shake...it went on for quite a while. Everybody ok?

yep, south of Brawley CA and another 4.1 closer to the border - fairly widely dispersed aftershocks - a little unusual.

smaller aftershocks in the Geysers area.

There have been two more quakes in the area, but nowhere near the 6.9. The latest is a 5.1 further up the fault near El Centro.

Sac is OK Piper, there was a 4.0 and a 4.1 in the Geysers area in N. CA

notice there were about 10 quakes within a few miles of the big one BEFORE the big one. That means it was a small swarm.

It’s a big drone center. It’s got training centers and people live there. I do not think it is an apartment. They own businesses and buildings all around that bright blue building.

They must have bought paint on sale.
