Speaking of facts, I just found that in the state of Washington, you can get date of birth, certificate number and mother’s maiden name, all as part of the index data for birth records contemporary to when Obama was born. If Hawaii released this kind of information, they could have easily confirmed whether Obama’s alleged COLB was real or not. Why would they be so protective of this type of information when other states aren’t??

If you're asking me to accept the opinion at face value of internet bloggers over the reasoned and informed legal opinions of people like Levin, Coulter and Jim DeMint, I'm going to go with the latter every time and I'll sleep better at night because of it.
On law, ODH has been correct on pretty much every occasion as to how US law would work in regards to eligibility lawsuits.
On the alleged “facts” surrounding BHO, so many do not hold up under scrutiny.
The multiple SSN’s “fact” is unsupported.
The “fact” of a forged COLB is poorly supported at best.
The list goes on to cover the numerous “facts” that have come and go and come back again such as allegations that his grandmother said he was born in Kenya, his sister had a COLB stating place of birth in Hawaii, Pakistan being closed to Americans in 1981, BHO claiming Kenyan birth in a debate with Keyes, etc... None of it holds water.
Consider:
Earlier you made comparisons to the events of 9/11. Well, do you believe terrorists flew planes into the WTC and that’s why the towers fell?
Well, there are hundreds of websites and blogs run by folks who have convinced themselves otherwise. If you disagree with them, they will tell you that you are ignoring the “facts”.
They construct emotionally pleasing litanies for themselves about how the system is broken. How the government and the media are corrupted and conspiring to cover up the crimes of the Bushies/Israelis/NWO/Bilderbergers/CFR/Venutians and that they and they alone have figured out the truth. That the thousands of people who study this kind of thing for a living do not agree with them only proves how deep the conspiracy goes and how blind everyone else is.
Give it time and watch this issue. You’ll see it continue to go nowhere because there is nowhere for it to go.
