If the middle-class who pays the bills of the poor, isn’t making it, this nation is in serious trouble, and those troubles will make cell phones the last thing on the poor’s mind.
Heck! I just looked into it and they're "handing out" what is the equivalent of maybe one phone call for you or me (at least to me with some of my relatives). I would hardly call it worth anything -- at least it wouldn't be worth a darned thing to me... LOL ...
I’d give it another once-over. If there was only one call, you’d hear the screams about it from there. That sounds rather iffy. Who knows though..., you may be right.
