I just think states should ban ANY demonstrations and/or soliciting from all cemetaries and any sidewalk or street adjacent thereto. It could be justifed as a content neutral public saftey measure.

The courts mistake the notion of “a right to peaceful assembly” when RNC conventions are disrupted and provocateurs interrupt military funerals.

The rights of the protesters do not trump the rights of the other parties to assemble.
