The courts mistake the notion of “a right to peaceful assembly” when RNC conventions are disrupted and provocateurs interrupt military funerals.
The rights of the protesters do not trump the rights of the other parties to assemble.

The Patriot Guard riders, who have been acting as human shields between the Phelpsites and the military funerals, don’t have any prohibition on outlaw bikers as far as I know. Some day some Phelpsite will probably cross the wrong character and it will be all she wrote for Westboro.
