“Baptist” isn’t a registered trade mark, so whacky one of a kind cultists like Phelps can use it with impunity (on this side of eternity). A similar situation exists with the term “Catholic.”

Could someone post the Wikipedia biography of the trash that calls himself “Phelps” (sue me, Phelps, truth is an absolute defense to libel). He has a very interesting background and is a lowlife of the first order.

I know what you mean, I have seen the word Catholic on other Church's and I know they aren't Catholic. I guess there just isn't much you can do about it.

I do feel bad for the Baptist's though. Some people may get the wrong idea in regards to Phelps trying to affiliate himself with them.
