Could someone post the Wikipedia biography of the trash that calls himself “Phelps” (sue me, Phelps, truth is an absolute defense to libel). He has a very interesting background and is a lowlife of the first order.
Having made himself a public figure, US libel laws require a much higher standard of proof to establish libel or slander about him, than they would about you or I. If his ilk existed in Britain they would have a slander and libel suit heyday.
