OLC head Dawn Johnsen not included, but Chai Feldblum is. 15 total.
Just on Twitter so far - will hit the wires in about 10 minutes - Free Republic beats AP once again !
Is anyone surprised? We let this government go too far a long time ago.
I wonder when he’ll appoint Bill Ayers to something. Ayers was in the White House three times. What do you think he was doing there? Helping write the healthcare bill and that’s probably where the student loan provision came from.

Another bold gesture by “the One” to bring us all together in his tranquil post-partisan world.

Thanks. Nothing new in recess appointments ... will be nice to see the names and the backgrounds/CV eventually.
BREAKING now on Fox News - includes several that COULD NOT make it thru Senate
Includes SEIU lawyer Becker to Nat. Labor Relations Board...
Craig Becker....oh my...
FNC just came with an alert and said Craig Becker(sp?) was appointed to the labor board when Obama was specifically asked not to do so by the 41 Republicans in the Senate.
Once again it’s “I won. Get used to it.” I never liked this guy but I now detest him. Is there a stronger word I can use?
What’s new. He appoints a bunch of crooks? Nothing new about that. One by one we now need to pick them off(note the play on words). They should be easy targets to expose.
It is more embarassing to have them resign.
Personally, I believe that recess appointments should only be for the period between Congresses, not brief breaks.
All 41 Senate Republicans wrote Obama this week urging him not to use a recess appointment for Becker, a former top lawyer with Service Employees International Union and the AFL-CIO.
The Chamber of Commerce also wrote Obama on behalf, it said, of 20 business groups that oppose Becker’s nomination
So, what this tells me is that he doesn’t think these people could get past a heavily Democratic Congress and Senate?
You mean between sessions, right? Once there is a new Congress he has to get congessional approval.
