Sarah Palin and John McCain appearing on Greta NOW on the FNC!
I watched - it was somewhat humorous.
Anyone that’s serious about Palin in politics realizes this thing is a charade.
I’m impressed with how she’s handling herself - very professional. I see this as another step in cutting her political teeth. I say this as one who is NOT enamored with Palin.
I’ve supported J.D. in his previous political life, and continue to do so today. The constituents need to be smart about what’s going on.
She did make a statement on the immigration issue but took it strong once McCain mention close borders which she agrees....she said she was against amnesty for illegals on Monday, she isn’t going to openly have a major disagreement with McCain in a joint interview.
She been RINO - Napped. Sad but true.
She said she agrees with him that we have to control the border.
She did NOT say she agrees with amnesty or any amnesty proposal.
The tension on that stage was so thick, you could cut it with a knife.
Obama is “against amnesty.”
Palin is finished. These videos will stomp her in the dirt.
Alaska is a sanctuary state.
Don’t think I missed any of it, but I will be verifying later. If she did say she agreed with Juan on immigration, then there is no rescueing her.
“Ill see you here when Palin goes against the Democrats Amensty bill as she was against the democrats government healthcare bill.”
Was she against Juan McCains’ amnesty bill in 2005?
The media has always purposely used the term immigration when what is really being discussed is what to do with the illegal aliens. Real, legal immigration is rarely discussed. I feel sure they were discussing McCain’s position on illegal aliens, and what to do with them. And, opponents readily call anything that offers illegals a path to citizenship, amnesty.
McCain and others pretend it’s not amnesty because they say they’ll require a small fine before the illegals can be put on a path to citizenship.
So, is Sarah playing word games saying she opposes amnesty, meaning, if they pay a fine and then get citizenship, it’s not amnesty? Or is she opposed to any path to citizenship for illegal aliens, period?
I didn’t see the Greta show. To me it sounds like she supports McCain’s position, which provides a path to citizenship for illegals, whether it’s called amnesty or not. (I definitely call it amnesty).
I guess we’ll know for certain after more see the rerun, or we see several news reports on what was said.
“Whats important is that Sarah Palin will repeal Amnesty and government healthcare when she is Presient, yes or no?”
No, because amnesty can never be repealed. Once done, those people have the vote.
“Whats important is what Palin will do for America and freedom when she is president not whatever you democrats are trying to say she is doing which is only your spin.”
She campaigns for a liberal enemy of the United States and you call us “democrats”.
ty
“Tea Parties had better NOT be getting on board with MCCain!!!”
Sadly, some in Arizona are.
That’s what some people on C4P were saying, that you could cut the tension with a knife. McCain is bad news, I am the first to say that I understand why she has to support him but she has to get away from him as soon as possible, he is bad news..and I saw the rally today, Cindy McCain looked drunk, whenever she talked about Sarah or Todd it was like she was being forced to say it, it was so insincere it was beyond obvious
She supports it when she is Hispandering to Spanish Television.
“Thats the attitude that gave us Obama.”
Supporting scum like McCain just because they have an “R” behind their names is what gave us Obama.
McCain’s own legislation gave us Obama. He’d be happy pushing an amnesty bill again to KEEP Obama and the like in office.
Rush Limbaugh, in his interview of Palin, actually ended with a question on immigration. This was the exchange, according to Vdare:
Limbaugh: Thirty seconds: Immigration. Can you do it in 30 seconds before we have to go?
Gov. Palin: I cant do it in 30 seconds but just know that
You know, let me put it simply: illegal immigrants are called illegal for a reason. We need to crack down on this. We need to listen to the border states where the governors there have some solutions and we need to get serious about that.
http://trueslant.com/marceloballve/2009/11/24/is-sarah-palin-softer-on-immigration-than-her-conservative-base/
The days of the conservatives following the Rinos because they threaten us with a Democrat are OVER!
Thanks for clarifying. The reason why I asked is because I have heard her many times in the recent months say she is against amnesty for illegals, but really, I don’t know her position on immigration. Heck, my parents and most of my family immigrated here from Israel in the 60s, but they did it the right way, came here, paid taxes, became citizens, the way it should be done..Its weird because even last week on BOR’s show, after the health care bill was passed, she even mentioned how she knows that the Dems will try to pass amnesty for illegals next, if she was for it, why would she even mention it as if she were against it
