If we had asked them to help, they would have. For obvious reasons we did not ask Israel to send troops to Iraq or Afghanistan. That doesn't mean they didn't help us in the war effort. I suspect that while Bush was president a lot of middle east intelligence was being secretly provided by Israel.

We could learn a lot from Israel with regard to terrorism. That country seems to know better than anyone how to handle terrorists. Doesn’t put up with that PC Kumbaya krap. We worry too much about not offending the radicals; Israel is more interested in safety and protection of its citizens.
