Pelosi perjured herself by swearing that Obama is Constitutionally eligible so if Obama goes she needs to go too.
It’s probable that Biden knew about it also, which could make him guilty of treason. But he was only elected VP because he was on the ticket with an ineligible candidate so I think the whole ticket would be disqualified.
I suppose Biden would be president until an eligible president could be found.
Only if Biden would be removed at the same time, or at least before a Vice President was appointed. Then it would be that person who was next. That's how we got President Ford.
