It doesn't wrap anything up. The law which dictates the issue is Article II of the constitution, not the Hawaii law which deems those born abroad to be US citizens. Federal law tales precedence over the Hawaii law and requires that the defacto birth of a candidate for the presidency be within the Untied States.

Being deemed born in the USA is not good enough for Article II of the constitution, which is exactly why Obama has sealed his long form birth certificate and its supporting records.

A great fraud has been perpetrated on America, and a great disconnect from the constitution is now taking place.

People who take any other position have an agenda. You have one. What is it? You either support the constitution and its precedence over all other law, and its plain meaning, or not.

If you do not support the Constitution , what are YOU doing here? Spinning and demoralizing people who do support the constitution? If your kind win this issue and the constitution continues to be trashed, you and all your kind will be looking out of your houses over gun barrels, hoping that the government will not come for you. Of course you do not see that, which is your kinds problem. Its just a little game, but it will have consequences far more grave than you and your like can possibly imagine.Look to Europe and that cycle of history from 1925 to about 1935. We are in a very similar period, and your like were very much evident on Europe, As a matter if fact their writings sound just like you and yours. And they caused untold suffering.

A nation of laws cannot survive on political correctness. Millions die.Genocide happens. That is exactly what you represent as a microspec in that kind of history.

Here on FR we seek to restore the constitution, not use state vital statistic laws to knuckle under to the the forces of discivilisation who seek to traduce the constitution.

Yiu are on the losing side of history. Supposing we have to go after the Obama Junta, and hound them into their bunkers and caves just as free people did to their tyrants in France, Spain, Germany and Italy. And if your kind want some of that, we will have plenty for you.

You were saying ...

People who take any other position have an agenda. You have one. What is it? You either support the constitution and its precedence over all other law, and its plain meaning, or not.

It's easy enough to explain, as I've done it countless times before. It breaks down into two segments...

(1) There is no legal requirement for a candidate to produce a birth certificate and Obama did what all other candidates have done in the past in regards to the qualifications for office.

If a large enough group of citizens wants a law to have candidates produce a birth certificate, they can easily get a law passed to that effect. I've advocated that very kind of law since right after the election.

(2) The status of a candidate being natural born is legally disputed. That's obvious enough just reading here, to see it's disputed ... LOL

And when you have two opposing sides arguing a legal issue, it takes a court to render a final decision. And in this case, the only way this legal issue will ever be settled will be by a Supreme Court decision.

In the meantime, it's a legally disputed issue and nothing more can be done about it.

AND SO... that's what it all boils down to, not matter how much posting and talking and hollering and screaming has gone on.

It all comes down to that #1 and #2 ...

As it stands right now, getting a birth certificate is something that is legally "dead in the water" because no court is going to require a candidate to produce a birth certificate for office, because there is no law requiring it.

And with #2, that's legally "dead in the water" because there is no court case in which the issue has been raised if someone is a natural born citizen on the basis of their parents' citizenship.

Both #1 and #2 is going nowhere, just like they were months ago.

And in answer to the "agenda" question -- it boils down to "realism"... I like to know the realism of "what is" -- and above (on #1 and #2) -- that is the realism of the picture.

You can't do anything about any kind of problem, until you've assessed realistically the current situation and what has caused it to be that way. After that, you can get a realistic solution.

For #1 -- get a state law requiring a birth certificate.

For #2 -- get a court case going that has as its only issue the parents' citizenship in relation to the natural born status of a candidate (and get the Supreme Court to hear it).

And that's about it...
