Once the House and Senate are conservative in November funding can be blocked by Congress for any government healthcare. Additionally, mandatory healthcare taxes can be stopped as well. This essentially renders government healthcare meaningless since it is not funded by government or any new taxes. Congress has this power and it only takes a simple majority vote for approval.

Defunding the bill does not however remove the usurption of power the feds will take through its enactments.

As with the 18th Amendment and its repeal with the 21th, we still live to this day with not only organized crime but powers given to the FBI and Justice Department that directly came from enforcing prohibition, not to mention the ATF.

We can defund but without full repeal we are still faced with the Government having these powers which can easily be pulled out the next time the country looses its mind and elects the Dems into power.
