It is also a great leap forward by the United States towards a European-style vision of universal health care, which will only lead to soaring costs, higher taxes, and a surge in red tape for small businesses.And, the American people gave him the mandate to do so in November 2008. Their throats are now being slit as a result.

If the Republicans don't step up and oppose this thing with every fiber of their being, we're doomed. Once Obamacare gets its tentacles spread throughout the government and the economy, there will be no way to defeat it.
