That was an ugly thing said to you, you did not deserve it.

Emotions are running very high right now and we all will probably say stupid things occasionally...I know that I suffer from stupid syndrome from time to time...daily :)

No, it is now the law of the land, to be signed on Tuesday by our Communist Leader.

But, my question is, don’t law that create and alter tax structure have to originate in the the HOUSE? This one originated in the Senate.

Anyone know?

(by the way, the reconcilliation is ia joke and was just a cover so “moderate” (hahahah) Dems could vote for the bill.)

That was a pretty ridiculous question, given what has been going on the last few days. Either you had to be under a rock or hiding out on the moon to ask that question.

The bill would have gone to the senate if they had significantly changed the text of the law to incorporate accommodations to Stupak et al. The Republicans were looking at that as a potential means to demand that the bill had been altered and would require approval in the senate once again. The democrats got around that by submitting and passing a reconciliation bill to be signed after the deathcare bill is signed, that then those amendments are included as part of the law. The part I’m not sure about is the reconciliation bill. THAT BILL may require approval in the senate, and the republicans will stop it from passing, negating the deal that Stupak sold out for.
