That is such BS by Stupak capitulating to the pressure. Let me ask you guys this. If Obama is (and he will be) a one term president, the next president can recend that order, right?

If Obama signs the damned thing, and that is a BIG IF, then the first liberal Federal Judge who gets an opportunity to address the EO will rule it unconstitutional. And I would agree with them.

While I am firmly convinced that the law is unconstitutional, it is equally unconstitutional for a President to sign a bill and then issue an executive order nullifying certain provisions in the bill. The Supreme Court has already ruled that a line item veto is unconstitutional. The EO would be an unconstitutional line item veto.
