Bart Stupak truly is as big of a fool as Nancy Pelosi & Obama hoped he would be. They see him just as disposable as the rest of us.

At some point I think we need to attach Pelosi’s name to these losers who voted for this. The word “Pelosi” really stinks up anything that comes close to it. Do you think “Steny Hoyer-Pelosi” would sell well in conservative So. Maryland? How about “Chris Carney-Pelosi” or “Baron Hill-Pelosi”? They would make good bumper stickers with red Xs through their names.

Dems used “Halliburton” this way effectively. Stupid libs didn’t even know why they hated Halliburton or what Halliburton even does. But Pelosi has a stench to her that one just can’t overcome. And the more of these smelly lapdogs we can throw out, the better we will all be.

Stupak should be getting an Emmy or Oscar for his Kabuki performance.

So should all his college Rats who said they wouldn’t vote for the bill, but then switched.

Stupak probably comes from a district with strong opposition to this bill, and he needed to put on a good show - he did.

Ditto for all the other Rats.

I said they had the votes days ago.

I would be willing to bet that Obama never signs the damned thing because he will say his Attorneys have told him it is not constitutional. Any takers?

Obama's EO isn't worth the paper it's written on. An EO can never trump statutory law. It was meaningless and Stupak knows it. I heard him urge the House to reject HIS OWN abortion language in the motion to recommit. The Repubs successfully exposed him as the total fraud he is.

Over the last couple of weeks Greta has trotted down to his office several times and has him "on the record" several times promising to stand firm on his convictions. She asked him point blank in several different ways and he never wavered. I can't wait to see her comments tomorrow on her show. She should rip him a new one for making a fool of her.

I cussed him good in my email. Probably shouldn’t have. I haven’t let things bother like that in a while.
After a little reflection I am going to work hard to help defeat all those who voted to give up our Constitution.
Hadn’t heard of stupak before this HC thing. I guess he’ll retire on his healthy pension after voters boot him in November.

a presidential order IS NOT LAW

Well, Bart Stupak is a certified LAW-maker, is he not? He should know, shouldn't he?

What a chump!

Greta is a democrat. She won’t do that.

Stupak is a democrat. He has only situational principles. I heard him speaking against his own amendment last night by saying that have free neo-natal and other care makes his deal with the devil a good thing and that principled pro-lifers would be wrong to disagree with him.

In short, his argument is: “The health of those who are allowed to be born trumps the right to be born in the first place.”

That’s simply the pro-abortion abortion argument, and what the pro-abortion argument has been all along when it comes to the child. On the maternal side, their main argument has been the mother’s power to decide about her own body, but it has also always been the ability of the host parent to “provide for” any child.

In sum, Stupak’s own words are pro-abortion arguments.

In short, his argument is: “The health of those who are allowed to be born trumps the right to be born in the first place.”

Thank you, that pretty much sums it up. If I can add one thing, the vote makes it clear there are no pro-life pols in the Rat party. It is the party of pro-aborts that has liars who claim to be pro-life to get elected.

I'm so mad right now I don't know how much I can contribute to the discussion. My older son, who's home on spring break, had an interesting perspective. He said this country was founded by people fleeing a feudal system and religious intolerance how long will the re-imposition of both be allowed.

My guess is the Obamameister has a good ambassadorship lined up for him when he loses.

I hope the Pope takes a bell, book and candle to this phony liar and all the other Catholics who voted for abortion and against life with Obama’s bill.
