As of last night, this was the text. Not having a ton of Democratic sources, I can't tell you if this is the final or not, assuming there is even such a thing:
Proposed Executive Order Language
1. The Executive Order directs that the Hyde language found in sections 507 and 508 of the Labor HHH Appropriations Bill shall apply to the HR 3590.
SEC. 507.
(a) None of the funds appropriated in this Act, and none of the funds in any trust fund to which funds are appropriated in this Act, shall be expended for any abortion.
(b) None of the funds appropriated in this Act, and none of the funds in any trust fund to which funds are appropriated in this Act, shall be expended for health benefits coverage that includes coverage of abortion.
(c) The term health benefits coverage means the package of services covered by a managed care provider or organization pursuant to a contract or other arrangement.

Surreal.
BS. The lib Dems would bolt if abortion is not covered. It does not matter cause they will just attach another bill or exec order.
Stupak and his gang are supposedly pro-lifers and they are dealing with evil. Making deals with evil is still evil.
If Stupak thinks that EO is worth anything more than the paper it is written on, then he is dumber than a box of rocks. Pelosi and Obama are in “whatever it takes” mode and will make an empty promise to get a vote in a NY minute.
Evidently, according to NRO, what’s left of the Stupak Group have canceled their noon presser. Think they finally understood that an Executive Order seeking what they want is the equivalent Monopoly Money?
Conscious?
What the PRESidENT giveth, the PRESidENT can take away.
An executive order can be rescinded at any time, at a moment’s notice, by any President.
Exactly!
So the One signs (2) EOs? One pro-abortion and the other pro-life? Where does the spinning head stop? This has REALLY become a circus.
So they can lie to him about the abortion thing and fix it later. How can the govt deny coverage for any medical procedure that opne party has enshrined as a Constitutional “right”
He and the other “moderate dmeocrats” have no problem with the TWO TRILLION cost (an underestimate) and loss of individual liberty and slow descent into bureaucratic control over citizen’s most private lives
This is the problem with pinning your hopes on a one-trick pony
"(c) Nothing in the preceding section shall be construed as restricting the ability of any managed care provider from offering abortion coverage or the ability of a State or locality to contract separately with such a provider for such coverage with State funds (other than a States or localitys contribution of Medicaid matching funds.)"
IOW, if we - the government - give you - the insured - a subsidy to pay for your private health insurance (which is going to be millions, perhaps tens of millions of people), we don't care if that private health insurance pays for abortions on demand, we will gladly continue to force the US taxpayer to pay your health insurance premium.
Link?
4. Under this Act, the Accommodation of Conscious is recognized.
A simple spelling mistake, they meant...
4. Under this Act, the Accommodation of Couscous is recognized.
Beats me. I've practiced law for 25 years and have never seen nor heard the phrase, "Accommodation of Conscious".
If you go to the link for this story, and then click on the "the Corner" section and scroll down just a little bit, you'll see that particular post that talks about the presser, FWIW.
Ping to the EO.
Worse than surreal.
It’s unconscionable.
Why can’t the language be put into the reconciliation legislation?
I am thoroughly livid.
The Marxist has abused the highest office in our land to garner the vote of stupid Stupak.
God Damn them all.
Promises Promises. STUPAK will be STUPID if he believes the perpetual LIES.
