here are a number of things the GOP will need to launch investigations over once it takes back power. As is usually the case, the party opposite that of the White House will make inquiries into a host of items once in control of Congress.
With todays health care vote coming, it is time to begin considering what investigations there will be.
Here is my initial list:
The bribes to get health care passed. What did the Democrats know and when did they know it about Eric Massa. ACORN Kevin Jennings appointment The Sestak promises The Andrew Romanoff promises Barack Obamas foreign campaign donors and what happened with that money Obstruction by the DOJ of North Carolinas non-partisan elections laws DOJ lawyers who represented GTMO detainees Democratic congressional staffers disrupting Republican offices in 2006 in Colorado The list goes on and on. What else should be added?
#1) What happened to our conservative credentials?
#2) Do we have the guts to repeal, defund, etc?
Where’s the birth certificate?
#2.we need a signed contract with the Republicans that this bill will be undone.
Good questions.
I guess the Republicans need to grab some of the low hanging fruit with investigations, but for better or worse, a little of that goes a long way with the public.
Your point that once back in power, we need to expend most of our effort in repealing stupid laws [particularly ObamaCare if it passes], and defund the likes of ACORN which I read somewhere today is already on the verge of Bankruptcy.
I vote for the firing of Gerald Walpin the IG who nailed Michelle Obama’s buddy Mayor of Sacremento Kevin Johnson...After he refused to go along with O’s slap on the wrist for Johnsons criminal behavior, he was suspiciously fired.
The Wellpoint premium increases in California.
The water situation in California and Cordoza’s vote.
The situation with healthcare votes and water and the interior dept. out there in the San Juaquin valley should be an obvious choice...
I might even go so far as to say an investigation into the bank meltdown in the fall of 08 and the suspicious timing of the whole thing. Goldman Sacs ties to Obama.
Oh..and...the AF1 terror ride over NY city.
Stop funding ACORN and launch a full audit of every dollar spent.
Expose executive orders that weaken/eliminate American sovereignty.
That should provide plenty of fodder to start with.
ACORN ABSOLUTELY!
Obama did this on March 19th (I think that was the exact date) when he was focused like a laser on healthcare. Why the sudden distraction to ACORN when he is eating, sleeping, breathing healthcare. I say not a distraction at all but a tool.
More than suspicious timing since nervous lawmakers were his biggest problem and vote fraud is ACORN’s signature function.
Would love to get more people looking at this now, so those Congress critters who are banking on ACORN to save them will see that we are going to be watching.
How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?
That's about as relevant as this discussion. The Pubblies, if they get control, won't seriously investigate anything. Anyone that believes they will is deluded. A few sham inquiries, that's all.

BO just ordered OMB to keep funding ACORN!!!!!!!
The pattern continues (Social Security, Medicare, public schools, etc.)
Takes on a new meaning.
His trip to Kenya to campaign for Islam backed, mass murderer, Odinga, on U.S. taxpayer dollars.
We have played NICE to long, and Sen Coburn & Sen Ryan are just the ones to do it.
Give Em' Hell, Harry. I'm sick of the Rep's being nice, Bush should have FIRED all the Clinton Dem goons, right off the bat, OH no, gotta be nice. Like they cared? they take advantage of NICE, they count on it.
EVERYTHING THEY DO must be done with the objective of defeating in 2012 and removing that punk out of the White House!
The BC/BS system increased premiums in nearly every state. They are on the support side of Obamacare since they see themselves as the claims processor for our future socialized med.
