i saw that - its on drudge too - but it looks like the rules committee has not voted and their vote is what determines if it will be used - as i understand it anyway

13 million to be covered...BUT ...16million illegals will be using hospital emmergency rooms just as they have in the past...they are excempted from having to purchase insurance so we will be paying for them as well.....and they will not have to pay the fee for not carrying insurance.....therefore with amnesty on the way they will continue to be covered and we will have not stopped this drain on our hospitals and insurance companies.
