13 million to be covered...BUT ...16million illegals will be using hospital emmergency rooms just as they have in the past...they are excempted from having to purchase insurance so we will be paying for them as well.....and they will not have to pay the fee for not carrying insurance.....therefore with amnesty on the way they will continue to be covered and we will have not stopped this drain on our hospitals and insurance companies.
The deal was struck with the Hispanic Caucus; "they won't be illegal anymore, as we will ramrod the Amnesty Program next, to assure their availabilty (Illegals) to vote Democrat in the 2010 elections, and in 2012 for The Messiah!".
