2 p.m.: The House will debate for one hour the rules of debate for the reconciliation bill and the Senate bill.
3 p.m.: The House will vote to end debate and vote on the rules of the debate.
3:15 p.m.: The House will debate the reconciliation package for two hours.
5:15 p.m.: The House will vote on the reconciliation package.
5:30 p.m.: The House will debate for 15 minutes on a Republican substitute and then vote on the substitute.
6 p.m.: The House will vote on the final reconciliation package.
6:15 p.m.: If the reconciliation bill passes, the House will immediately vote on the Senate bill, without debate.

Yeah, I heard that. And she’s telling it like it is. “Obama is a 21st century Marxist”.
Yet the company that Carl Cameron works for (FoxNews) claims that Nancy has the votes! This is pretty amazing considering the DNC won’t even say that she has the votes.
Good questions but I’m sure they don’t consider themselves arrogant, just enlightened while we are the benighted masses. This is going to date me a bit but I was thinking about a Star Trek episode where the crew was held hostage on a planet with a Greek God wannabe calling the shots. In the last moment, the Greek God’s “parents” showed up, took a firm hand on their bratty son and apologized to the crew. I would like to see an adult in the Democrat Party who is willing to say “enough” of this childishness.

I’d say the one variable you left out is that a hardcore percentage of politicians have devoted their entire lives to fulfilling the Progressive (communist/socialist/collectivist...call it what you will) agenda.
They see this tyrannical piece of legislation as no less a blitz to the left than the Federal Reserve Act, FDR’s alphabet-soup bureaucracies, the elimination of a commodity-backed currency, the EPA, and the War on Poverty.
Each of those was a permanent mile-mark that has not been crossed-back since it was implement, and each one led to a hundred little bureaucracies, each chipping away at the Constitution and our civil liberties.
This push for SOCIALIST MEDICINE is just another of these mile-markers toward full-on communism.
As the Soviets declared, they’ll destroy us from within, through the Fabian approach of controlling the thought-process (education, entertainment, the courts, the media, etc.).
At the end of all these battles, there will be only one way back toward freedom.
They are of the original NO voter. I'm praying they don't change their vote.
and honest, a fine example as some Democrat supporters I know spout the ‘all politicians are crooks’ because they can’t explain their ill-informed Democrat votes, but just know they aren’t voting for a Republican

I do hope there is some MASSIVE amount of photos taken of all of this, and it gets distributed in viral fashion on the internet, this is our shining moment of glory, this is our stand for FREEDOM, life, liberty and everything we have fought and died for to be what we are.
We have called Baird’s office numerous times (as well as sent emails). He is being very quiet but the fact that he is retiring would tell me that he is almost certainly a ‘Yes’ vote.

It is important to keep in mind, that not everything that is unconstitutional may be remedied by the Judiciary. You can get into a lengthy scholarly debate with respect to the constitutionality of the so-called "Slaughter Rule", but weighing the deference that the Judiciary has historically given to the Congress on enrolled bills, it's unlikely that they'll address any constitutional infirmity on the process of passing the legislation.
Mark Levin isn't a stupid guy, and I suspect that personally (if yet not publicly acknowledged), he knows the very same thing. The Court is unlikely to find the problem justiciable.
If it passes, Constitutional challenges will need to be brought on the substance, and not the process.

Us Patriots are making the difference, and Democrat House members know that sentiment isn’t going away if this passes.
I think fox news (and the other too) want the bigger fight that will come after the vote...and there will be a bigger fight...a constitutional one waged not only by the likes of Levin, but also the states who will be bankrupted by this bill
