Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN) stated that Obamacare will create 15,000+ IRS positions.
The purpose of these positions is to monitor all 300 million Americans and fine them if they do not keep Medical Insurance according to Obamacare provisions.
People can be fined $2,200 or 2% of their yearly income under this provision.

We may have to leave the USSA and seek freedom in Russia!/s;)

It is part of the Health Care Bill before the House, which is why Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN) is talking about it.
It is the one they are trying to cram down people's throats on Saturday with the "procedural vote".

Certainly to be filled by Black Panthers, Union losers and Moveon.org goons. Gee it all looks familar. Does the term Brownshirts come to mind?

The fine would be less than health insurance.

The fine would be less than health insurance. At first, but it will increase. Bet on it.

Talk about a slippery slope. This is telegraphing their intent to intimidate and coerce citizens. Future dictates, mandates and decrees will make good use of this enforcement apparatus.

How many millions did Stalin kill? How many millions did Hitler kill? What makes you think it can’t happen here? You think our water is special? Our sky a different shade of blue? A color that protects us from dark realities?

Stalin, yes. And compare Rahm’s eyes to Beria’s. Scarily similar.

I know that, but if it passed, when would the IRS secret police policy take effect?

Did you notice that Obama turned off the water in California until he got 2 Cal. congressmen's votes. Stalin? Everyone needs to note that the environmentalists and animal rights industry are PROGRESSIVES.
And they are also after control of your FOOD.

RE: This is just what we need a much larger IRS to take care of us, what is the saying about living in interesting times.
This is what the average German citizen thought when the Brown Shirts started to make visits to their homes.

I read that the IRS would have a $5 billion annual budget increase to fund the 2000 new stormtroopers to collect FINES from folks without insurance.
Then add to that the costs of the judicial process and jails to deal with these unfortunates.
It all just feeds and feeds on itself.
It is truly Cloward - Piven without any doubt.

Direct quote from the SEIU bylaws.
We must organize unorganized Healthcare workers, extending to them the gains of unionism while securing control over the Healthcare industry.
SEIU bylaws pdf
Imagine a system of preferred patients who get the best care in modern facilities. By the time they get to conservatives you'll be lucky to get a cot in a filthy shack and the care of a veterinary school dropout.
Essentially its a slow but efficient means of exterminating political opposition.
