Resist is right! I, too, will not comply, and will sue if compelled to comply, including for damages under section 1983 for violation of my constitutional rights under color of law.

That is something that we all need to keep in mind if we choose to resist - for lack of proper constitutional procedure, this farce will be a legal nullity, and anyone who attempts to enforce it against an individual will be subject to liability under 42 U.S.C. 1983 for violating that individual's rights.

In fact, the first good case to obtain standing to sue should bring a class action under sectino 1983 with the class defined as every individual within the jurisidiction of the judicial or other legal process of the federal government of the United States of America. Essentially, a class covering about 300 million people. If nothing else, we can engage in some political ninjitsu and set one faction of the enemy - the trial lawyers - against the other factions of the enemy - the fascists who control Congress and the Whitehouse.

You are saying this with respect to people who you SEE, NOW, THIS SECOND, dismissing Law and Reason AND THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF in pursuit of their (nefarious) ends. Good luck in court.
