Well, see, that's another one of the fascists' little mistakes. They are so hot-to-trot to get their first real seizure of power under way, that they forgot to first (a) disarm the general populace, and (b) pack the courts with sympathizers.

It may be a bit of cold comfort if they manage to destroy the country first, but as part of an overall strategy to beat down Obastardcare and the fascists' naked attempt to illegally seize power in the US, it is another useful tool in the arsenal.
