I’m asking about a leader, as in somebody who can organize, lead, motivate, instigate, inspire others.

I’m too ill to do it. I simply don’t have the strength and stamina to do it. I have about 40% heart function and that’s not going to improve, not much, anyway. As for what I’ve done, I’ve attended nearly every gathering of conservatives and protests at our state capitol, sent hundreds of emails, faxes and made several hundred phone calls. I tell friends and relatives about this stuff and do my best to impress upon them the crisis this country is in. A few have become active. I do what I am physically able to do.

So, I ask you again: Who’s going to step up to the plate and lead this exertion of our power over the three branches of government? What are you doing, besides sitting back and expecting enough people to have a sudden, bolt from the blue, magical epiphany about what’s really going on in this country that this exertion of power over the three branches of government will magically come to pass without leadership, organization and inspiration?

The people are the leaders and they have been inspired since February of last year as evident by the tea parties.

Then you are doing everything you can do and that's great! I commend your activism! Your activism is illustrative of what it takes to be a leader. There are millions of leaders.

So, I ask you again: Who’s going to step up to the plate and lead this exertion of our power over the three branches of government?

I reiterate the people are the leaders! They are the government, not the three branches. The people have the ultimate power!

Why are you assuming that my awareness is sudden and that I do nothing besides interact on FR? I would never assume you can accurately measure a person's involvement, or lack thereof, solely by interaction on FreeRepublic. Trying to turn this into a p*ss!ing contest doesn't benefit either of us. I reiterate my congratulations to you but you should not use your activity as a means to condemn others on mere supposition. I haven't done so despite my involvement in numerous tea party rallies, Dump Dodd rallies and as a volunteer with Americans For Fair Taxation( supporting passage of Fair Tax Act)

I sincerely hope you can continue being involved.
