Does anyone know if there IS a section 1402(g)(1) in the Health Care Bill?

Health Bill H.R. 3200, Religious Conscience Exemption and sect. 1402

However, note that in not finding Section 1402(g)(1), I was able to find this:

The origins of the hijra calendar are recorded as having begun in AD 1402 on the Gregorian Calendar, so that the equivalent beginning of the hijra year 1 corresponds to 1402 in the Gregorian calendar:

“1402 A.H. began with the Lunation No. 728 in October 1981.
A conversion of Hijra years into the Gregorian calendar may be made using the following relationship:-
Christian Era (A.D.) = 621.54 + (Hijra in years and decimals) X 0.970225 “

There are references, but, nothing beyond a reference to IRS code that I can find, although there is language in the Health Care bill, as there has been for some time:

171
•J. 55–345
1 sion thereof described in section 1402(g)(1) and
2 an adherent of established tenets or teachings
3 of such sect or division as described in such sec4
tion.
5 ‘‘(B) EXEMPTION.—An application for the
6 exemption described in subparagraph (A) shall
7 be filed with the Secretary at such time and in
8 such form and manner as the Secretary may
9 prescribe. Any such exemption granted by the
10 Secretary shall be effective for such period as
11 the Secretary determines appropriate.
