O/Care #422: seems to indicate that emergency rooms will be forced to provide "interpreters" and "translation services" .......a great idea for a supposedly struggling health care system, and sure to reduce costs.

emergency rooms will be forced to provide "interpreters" and "translation services" I should add that in addition to being a ridiculous burden to hospitals, this provision will provide an avenue for law suits which allege that some medical condition or other worsened because a hospital failed to provide adequate "translation services."
