I think most of them are fine with voting for the Senate bill. At least the ones I’ve listed. They are “undecided” for political reasons, primarily because they don’t want to create a reaction in their district if their vote is never needed on this.

none of these are “genuinely opposed” to the Senate bill. They are posturing.
