A few days earlier he said he was leaning against this bill. I guess he needs some phone calls from his constituents. I've called a number of times. He is in the 24th NY congressional district. He can be reached at 202-225-3665 (DC office) or 315-793-8146/8147 (Utica office). I've been able to reach him at the DC number. I live in a swing district. Right now he is in a very tight race with Richard Hanna. He likes to play coy with this health bill until the very last moment. A think a little persuasion wouldn't hurt
