The Obama administration is already being flaky about where to try confessed 9/11 terrorist mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Will Obama's Justice Department, headed up by Attorney General Eric Holder, fold and not follow through with the treason charge made in 2006 by the Bush Justice Department? What about an interrogation of Gadahn?

In the year 2028, President Chelsea Clinton will commute his death sentence to 'time served' and release him.

That's my prediction.

He's already been indicted for treason (during the Bush years of course).

In October 2006, he was indicted in a US federal court under charges of treason and providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization for making al Qaeda propaganda videos. "By aligning himself with al Qaeda, by moving overseas to be closer to al Qaeda’s base and leadership, and by joining in advocating al Qaeda’s terrorist agenda, an agenda that includes the overthrow of the United States government and the murder of American citizens, Adam Gadahn has committed treason against the United States of America," said US Attorney Debra Wong Yang. He is the first American to be indicted for treason since 1952.

The best thing that could happen is that the Paki’s get first dibs with Gadahn for 72 hours of interrogation. I trust they will wire his nuts and jolt him with 220 volts. They will get all the info the world needs.

No, he was charged in criminal court and sentenced to US Prison. The article says it may be a kink in the case to try him with treason.

This whole thing is hilarious, b/c Gadahn and Obama are EXACTLY THE SAME.

They’re both, clearly, TRAITORS. They’re also both, clearly, LOYAL TO MOSLEMS.

So now, Moslem traitor #1 gives speeches on how to properly handle Moslem traitor #2?
