Remember not long ago when the left went loony (or loonier) over Sarah Palin writing on the palm of her hand?
Well, she gave us an answer to that little incident...
Go HERE to see the Palin video.
Well, if it's good enough for GOD, isn't it good enough for Palin?
Isaiah 49:14-16
Promise to Zion
(14) But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, And the Lord has forgotten me." (15)"Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you." (16)"Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me." (17)"Your builders hurry; Your destroyers and devastators Will depart from you."

I’m curious. Was this seen as her making a joke or using scripture to support her use of the hand notes?

Same situation in my house.
However, Deborah (Judges 4-5) was called forth to save God’s people, and she was in the primary leadership position.
She tried to support her general, ironically named “Barak”, and he wouldn’t take the leadership role, insisting that she lead the armies to the victory that God would give them.

From
tammybruce.com:
Sarah Palin popped up on Jay Lenos revived NBC "Tonight Show" tonight and poked a little fun at herself by writing Jays introduction cue notes on her hand. (See video below.)
This image is from the pre-recorded clip which opened the show,

?? Whose talking about rapture? We’re talking about Palin’s amusing come back to those that denigrate her for writing on her hand.

but the LameStreamMedia and the Looney left, no matter how loud they may protest, are apostates and don't really believe in God" And that is the essence of their rage against Sarah Palin.

Speaking for the wife and myself: a little of both. She expressed amazement at the fuss caused by hand notes, then pointed out that a supporter had sent her a quote from Isaiah about God inscribing our names on the palm of his hand, and noted that she was in good company.
She seemed to be having fun with it. I don’t think she feels the need to support the hand note habit; seems like she doesn’t much care, and thinks those who do are wound too tight.
IMHO, of course.
Then she closed with the explanation of the $ she’d written on her hand that night: she was giving the speaking fee (less taxes) back to Ohio Right To Life.
Have I said I like her? A lot?
