Yes, I know exactly to whom she is referring, and I still think she is completely wrong. And while Bush had many missteps, he wasn't the disaster Noonean and the corrupt MSM elite insited he was. Bush had very low approval rating because of his liberal tendancies, not simply because Bush was a screw-up as they continue to suggest.
