Security and traffic camera shots show the moment when the quake hit Chile in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The 8.8 magnitude quake struck at 0634 GMT about 115km (70 miles) north-east of the city of Concepcion and 325km south-west of the capital, Santiago.

Those on-the-spot videos are fascinating. I can’t figure out where the camera would be that was picking up the shaking but was not shaking itself.
