“Some residents looted pharmacies and a collapsed grains silo, hauling off bags of wheat, television images showed”
I will probably get flamed, but this is a true SHTF moment and I would be hauling off medicine and bags of grain myself. Survival is a bitch. And if we want to get technical, if that grain silo is collapsed, the insurance would cover it and it wouldn’t be fit for sale anyway. Same for the medicine in the pharmacy.
Yep, that isn’t looterguy hauling off beer (although in a SHTF moment, some beer wouldn’t be bad either, LOL), I would be a looter if I didn’t have my own paranoid stash as I do now.
A tsunami advisory was issued for the coast of California and an Alaskan coastal area from Kodiak to Attu islands.
An advisory means there may be strong currents, but that widespread inundation is not expected to occur.
Jordan Scott, a spokesman for the California Office of Emergency Management, said the state was monitoring the situation and that it’s up to local communities to prepare.
There should be a law AGAINST the MSM showing any images of looting until waaaaaaaay after disaster relief teams have arrived - I don’t consider it looting when they are scooping up food and/or disaster gear. That’s called survival skills, NOT looting.
